Boards of Directors hire us as their ADMINISTRATIVE WING. We work for the Board.
Your Association is a Florida Corporation, and therefore must function according to the Florida laws, which regulate this type of corporation.
We function as the Association’s Accounting Department.
We help the Association find, and then keep in force, all insurance necessary to protect the Association.
We assist the Board in finding competent vendors to do certain functions that have to do with common areas. Companies to handle such things as the landscaping, irrigation maintenance, pool maintenance, gate maintenance, and electrical and plumbing contractors. We monitor their work to insure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to your Board.
At the direction of the Board, we correspond with residents who are not complying with the community’s Covenants and Restrictions, as well as any other laws. We maintain a relationship with several attorneys through whom we can obtain legal advice and assistance with compliance issues regarding the Covenants and Restrictions.
We keep up with the changes that occur in the Florida laws regarding Mandatory Condo Associations such as yours, and make your Board aware of such changes.
